N.01Who we work withN.01
Who we work with
- Commissioners
- Businesses (boards, HR and L&D), charities and foundations, organisations supporting the non-profit sector, universities and young leader programmes including Erasmus+, and individual leaders.
- Participants
- Leaders, founders, directors, team managers, coordinators, community organisers, young leaders and whole teams.
- Beneficiaries
- The leader’s team; the organisation experiencing less burnout and turnover; the people the organisation serves.
N.02The challengeN.02
The challenge
Leaders carry decisions, conflict and uncertainty, often without a place to talk openly. The team runs at full speed until someone drops out.
From the outside, everything works. Inside, fatigue grows and good decisions become harder.
Resilience also comes from how a team communicates, shares responsibility and supports its members.
N.03Why work with usN.03
Why work with us
This is our longest-established area of practice. We have worked with Broadridge (Team Performance, Inner Game, self-leadership and conflict), Fundacja Greenpeace (fundraising team culture), Fundacja Edukacji Klimatycznej (team coaching and strategy), Fundacja RC (resilience and burnout prevention for community organisers) and Polski Klub Ekologiczny (inter-university teams in Green Transformers).

N.05How it worksN.05
How it works
- 01
Conversation and assessment
Where pressure is felt and what is needed.
- 02
Workshop, series or one-to-one process
Working with participants’ real situations.
- 03
Putting agreements into daily practice
The team tests agreements between meetings.
After each step, you decide whether we continue.
N.06What you take awayN.06
What you take away
- A leader and team with their own tested ways of working under pressure.
- Agreed roles, ways of working and an approach to resolving conflict.
- Fewer situations where everything rests on one person.
The cost of waiting
A leader’s burnout is rarely visible from a distance. Often the first sign is a good person leaving the team.
N.07Let’s talkN.07
Let’s talk about working together.
We can run a workshop or series for your team, work with a leader or deliver a module in a young leader programme.
