N.01Four ways to work togetherN.01

Four ways to work together

We deliver modules in your programme

You have a budget, programme and schedule. We provide experts, delivery of selected modules and materials.

Who we work withTraining providers (including those in Poland’s Development Services Database), programme operators and foundations.

We co-design a project

You are preparing a programme or funding application. We co-design the content, method, budget and evaluation.

Who we work withLocal authorities, metropolitan authorities, public institutions and foundations preparing a programme or application.

We start with a pilot

We test the approach with one team or process. Then we decide together whether to develop a programme.

Who we work withTechnology parks, chambers, municipalities and other organisations with a network of beneficiaries.

We deliver the whole programme

Coordination, experts, materials, training and evaluation within the scope agreed with you. We match that scope to what our team can realistically deliver.

Who we work withPartners who want a single provider to take responsibility for delivery.

N.02Who commissions, who participates, who benefitsN.02

Who commissions, who participates, who benefits

In every project, we distinguish three groups: the commissioner with a budget and a goal, the participants we work with, and the people who benefit from the change, often without taking part themselves. In school safety projects, a local authority or teacher development centre commissions the work, teachers participate and pupils benefit.

N.04Our standardsN.04

Our standards

  • Evaluation — before-and-after measurement and an implementation review.
  • Safeguarding — our work with schools and young people follows safeguarding standards.
  • Data protection and confidentiality — we do not assess individual employees; summaries for commissioners protect participants’ confidentiality.
  • Clear programme status — we state whether each format is available, being piloted or in development.
A lizard — the three-dimensional Impact Heroes symbol.

N.07Questions from institutionsN.07

Questions from institutions

Can you be a partner in a funding application?

Yes. It is best to involve us while writing the application, so the programme, budget and evaluation are aligned from the start.

Do you work outside Pomerania?

We work in the Tricity and Pomerania; nationwide and online projects can be arranged.

What documents can you provide?

Registration details, statutes, references, descriptions of our work and expert qualifications.

Who delivers the sessions?

Experts from our team matched to the area.

How do payment and invoicing work?

We work under a contract and issue an invoice from the Foundation. The Foundation is VAT-exempt, so we quote final prices. When subcontracting within Poland’s Development Services Database, we issue our own accounting document to the service provider.
