Impact Heroes
Impact Heroes Foundation
We build people’s, teams’ and organisations’ ability to act under pressure and uncertainty.
N.01Our missionN.01
Our mission
We help people and organisations move from helplessness to agency when change and crisis arrive faster than they can prepare.
N.02What makes our approach differentN.02
What makes our approach different
- People, teams and organisations together — change lasts when it reaches all three levels.
- Work with real situations — cases, exercises and agreements to put into practice, rather than ready-made answers.
- Clear status — we state what is available, what we are piloting and what is in development.
N.03Educational activitiesN.03
Educational activities
We organise the Transformacje Festival and a series of expert debates on crisis in relationships, in partnership with Akademia Ateneum in Gdańsk.
