AI. Polycrisis. Uncertainty. We prepare people and organisations for them.
We design and deliver programmes for businesses, local authorities, schools and charities. We work with leaders, teams and institutions responsible for other people when pressure grows.
N.01Why nowN.01
AI reaches teams faster than agreements on who checks its output. Crises overlap. A sense of threat is growing, including in schools.
A single training session changes little if people return to the same habits and important decisions still have no owner. That is why we work with people, teams and organisations together.
N.02Where we helpN.02
Four areas. One question: who decides when pressure grows?
AI tools are already in teams. Agreements on who checks the output and who signs off decisions often are not.
- Responsibility and rules for working with AIA workshop for leaders and teamspilot 2026
- Designing and managing a team of AI agentsAgent roles, boundaries and oversightpilot 2026
You take away rules for one of your processes: what AI does independently, where a person decides and who owns the outcome.
Explore this areaProcedures are documented. In a crisis, failures happen elsewhere: decisions with incomplete information, handovers and communication under pressure.
- Team decision-making under pressureA disruption scenariopilot 2026
- Debrief after an incident or exerciseWhat needs to change in the teampilot 2026
- Communication in difficult situationsResidents, parents and the teamavailable
You take away a list of where information and responsibility get lost, with owners and deadlines for changes.
Explore this areaTeachers fear two mistakes at once: missing a warning sign and overreacting. Without shared criteria, each member of staff decides alone.
- AI, radicalisation and young people’s psychological safetyA workshop for teaching staffpilot 2026
- Programme for the school safety teamProcedures, an AI code and conversation guidespilot 2026
You take away a three-level warning-sign card, a pupil conversation model and a draft response pathway. We do not diagnose pupils or build offender profiles.
Explore this areaFrom the outside, everything works. Inside, fatigue grows and good decisions become harder. Often the first sign is a good person leaving.

- Resilient LeaderOne-to-one work with a leaderavailable
You take away agreed roles and ways of working. Fewer things depend on one person.

Change holds when it reaches all three circles.
Person
How I respond to pressure, make decisions and find energy when things get difficult.
Team
How we communicate, share responsibility and support each other when not everything is under control.
Organisation
Which roles and rules help people act, and which get in their way.
N.04How we workN.04
We start with one team, rather than a large programme.
- 01
Assessment
A conversation and brief survey. What already works and where agreements are missing.
- 02
Pilot
One team or one process. We test the approach in your context.
- 03
Programme
We take what works to other teams.
- 04
Scaling
The whole organisation or a partner network. Before-and-after measurement and a conversation about what has been implemented.
After each stage, you decide whether we continue.
N.05How we can work togetherN.05
We adapt our role to your project.

“What I value most is that they do not hand out ready-made answers, but guide participants towards their own reflection.”
“The tools introduced by Impact Heroes directly improved effectiveness and communication.”
N.07Questions from institutionsN.07
Can you be a partner in a funding application?
Yes. It is best to involve us while writing the application, so the programme, budget and evaluation are aligned from the start.
Does an AI workshop ensure compliance with the AI Act?
No. Training alone cannot ensure this. The AI Act requires AI literacy among people working with AI (Article 4) and human oversight. The workshop helps build both.
What does a pilot involve?
A conversation and initial assessment, then one team or one process. After the pilot, we decide together whether to develop the programme.
Where do you work?
In the Tricity and Pomerania. Nationwide projects and online meetings can be arranged.
What documents can you provide?
Registration details, statutes, references, descriptions of our work and expert qualifications. On request, we tailor the pack to the funding call’s criteria.
